Gave myself the day off. Work was crazy and had to go out of state again for several meetings and a doctors visit.
Arms feel like lead from the half of dozen shots I got for my upcoming trip to the Philippines. Between that, feeling a little tired and potential side effects from the vaccinations, I decided to take a holiday from running.
