Yasso Variant:
8x800m w/400m Recovery.
Was shooting for 6:20/mile pace or 3:10s, with a 2:00-2:15 400m recovery.
Note: Normal Yasso would do a set of 10 & recovery should be closer 3:00. Pfitz likes the shorter recovery, so blended them.
Ok, this is more what I was trying to do yesterday. Switched back to the old watch for this one since it is more suited to this type of workout for me. Time to shower up and head south to a big cross-country meet in Manchester, NH. Will likely do a few miles with the Pelham team there as they warm up./cool down.
