Just a bookmark for future reference. Feeling really weak running. Just a couple of months ago, I felt great and at the top of my game, ready to set new PRs at any distance. That month I set a personal high in mileage and average pace!

Since then I seem to be gradually losing it. PF/tendonitis in the Achilles is one issue but not really the main problem in my opinion. Maybe I just burned myself out. Will try and tone things down for awhile, focus on running slow and rebuilding core strength and not worry about times and paces. Plan to get a physical as well, and hope to rule out any other major medical issues at end of May.
