Workout Type= Junk This was a bad idea. My whole schedule is off this week. My Sunday Long Run was Monday, Tuesday was too fast for me following that long run, Wednesday is my normal off day and I did a medium effort 10 since my other plans got messed up due to work. This was an attempt to do an interval type workout that I simply didn't have the legs or energy and get back on my normal schedule, but that was ill conceived.

Called it quits and will form a new plan tomorrow. Maybe take tomorrow off, run long on Saturday and then whatever i feel like on Sunday.
