Been a while since i did some hill repeats... Legs felt heavy.
4x300 Yrd Hill Repeats
1x200 Yrd Hill at end... wanted to go another but was feeling icky and wussed out.
Hard Up & Steady Jog Down... very little break between if any. (By my math... it was about 4 Degrees, maybe a little more which is about 4.5 Gradient)
