Completed stretching routine as well, focus on IBT, Quad, Calves, Groin and Hamstring.

28 days since last run. Will start running when back from Jamaica if not sooner.

On Stage 2 Patellar Eccentric Squats (Wall / w Slant / Incline)

3 sets of 15. No pain or discomfort at all. Did a couple extra reps.

6th day of 2L/S2.

Gradually adding weight and decreasing reps. Goal 15 to 20 Reps with more weight.
