The scheduled run was a 5 mile recovery, but this ended up being more of an easy general aerobic since I went a little further and harder then planned. I didn't feel too bad this morning so figured I just run whatever the body felt like doing, which ended up being this. Went all the way out School Street and came back down High St. A little shade was available on the first half but struggled to find any on the way in. Lost about 5 or 6 lbs of water weight on this one.
