Notes

Completed stretching routine as well, focus on IBT, Quad, Calves, Groin and Hamstring.

14 days since last run... Trying to hold off on any running until 28 day mark.

Started Stage 1 Patellar Eccentric Squats (Wall / No Weight / No Incline.

3 sets of 15. No pain or discomfort at all. Will do for 3 more days, if no pain or real discomfort will move on to stage 2 and add the slope.
