Notes
Goal was to head out for a 85 minute easy medium long run. Ended up feeling good after 3 and wanted to get some speed work in. Started out with a goal of 3 miles at or slightly under 7 minute pace. Felt pretty good after 3 and decided to push it for another 3. Legs were pretty tired after the 6 mile tempo, decided to cool down for 15 minutes or so and call it a day. Didn't want to push it too much. Thinking next weekend I will run a 1/2 in preparation for my goal race in 1 month. Overall, pretty good day!
