What the hell. First 400 felt like a jog, but then I felt like I can't process lactate... like at all...
About 10 minutes after the race, I felt like I could do it again. So I know my endurance and speed are as good or better than ever for this time of the year, but there's nothing connecting them!
I have to be in better shape than the last time I raced, but this race would indicate I am slower.
I need to change something. Next week I was planning to start doing things a little differently anyway. We'll see how that plays out.
