Notes
first run of the season in long sleeves. and a hat and gloves!
watched died after first 7.
ran 4.5 with the girls, then turned around with susan to finish up 9 while the fast girls continued. did a 5K "race" at Antrim afterwards.
was feeling sick so was relatively slow, except for the 3/4 miles I ran with the fast girls when they came back towards Antrim. we think we were going at least a 9min/mile.
