Weather: "Good, but cooler in the 2-mile"
Interval Comment: NRC track.
Comment: "Not too bad of a day. Ran relativly well for my two races; I need to break 11 for the two mile. In the 4x800 I did well, and the 2-mile I started out too slow - need to pick up the pace for the first mile. Wasnt tired, and ate some of the Gu Energy packets before the 4x800 and I think it helped. Lungs got very heavy after the 1st lap, whick means that I need to do some more lactate threshold workouts. However they felt better in the 2-mile and the only reason I didnt go lower was probably because I didnt push the pace or stay with Kyle for the first mile. Splits were 5:33 for the first mile and 5:38 for the second. Went out very slow with a 85 then an 88."
