Weather: "Very Cold, Rainy, and Sleeting"

Comment: "It was a cold and stormy night... Not a good day for me :-(. Felt bad in the front part of my lower legs, and I asked kyle and he said that it was the bottom of my calf so I have been trying to isolate streaching on it. Not going to the meet on Thursday, so I dont know how easy I will run the next couple days. Might try to get another morning run in. As for the run, it was very cold and after the first set of 8,8,4, I felt my arms get very heavy and cold. Breathing was ok for a speed workout, but if it was better conditions I know that I could have gone much faster.EDITThe workout was run a warmup, then do an 800, jog a 300, then another 800, jog for 1 minute, then run a 400 all out. After this first set we did an 800 really easy and then did it all over again. I was susposed to be shooting for 80-83 but I tried to push the pace and never sprinted towards the end of the lap except for the 400's."
