Interval Comment: Track at Duke

Comment: "Ran good workout today. Warmed up on the school loop, then went to Duke. Started out with a brisk 2k, not too fast but pretty good pace. Then started with 5x400 with 1 lap jog in between. Went good on all of them, except didnt stay with philip for the first one so thats why its slow. Last one was all out. Then we did fly-ins, where you start in middle of turn, jog slow the first 50, quickly change to mile race pace for the 2nd 50, and then go all out for the last 50. Ran 2 laps cooldown and it was over. Ate a big lunch and I felt it towards the end, didnt throw up though. Started running again regularly."
