Interval Comment: "Did some light arms with the 15 and 20 lbs, and did tricepts. For situps I did 50 and 50. I also did 25 for each side of the obliques type."

Comment: "Felt ok today, little sore still in the right knee. I was only able to do one of the workouts becuase of a meeting that I had to go to at 5:30. After the meeting I did 3xschool loop at a pretty good pace, but it dosent look like it was anything like what everyone else did. We have a long run tomorrow, so i'll probably end up doing about 10 in the afternoon, and like 3 or 4 in the morning. I went pretty good pace this morning, so I will more than likely go pretty slow in the morning tomorrow and hang on during the long run. I need to keep up my mile and i'm doing pretty good so far.*Edit*I am adding the things that I did in the workout room for that day, and I will probably keep track of it from now on."
