Weather: "Cloudly, Cold"

Interval Comment: "A short, but steep, hill that you can do a pretty good workout on. Its also the end of the Golf Course loop."

Comment: "Not too bad of a run. Ran pretty well but I know that my Lactate threshold is pretty low, my legs were already feeling heavy after 2 intervals, but I was able to kick the 6th and finish the 7th at a reasonable pace. I didnt know that i was going to run a 7th one."
