These workouts are genuinely troubling me. My pace started out fine enough at 6:45ish and then I ran 6:35 and then 6:30. Of course from there my pace started to stagnate around 6:25, then 6:40 then again 6:40ish again. I stopped at mile 6 because even running that pace was quite difficult. I cannot wait for workouts with people again if only for positive peer pressure pushing me.
