Bugs for dayz. While running through Crysta lake I was assaulted by gnats and other bugs. It did help to keep me moving fast so that was nice. Otherwise, this was pretty standard fare in terms of how I felt; I definitely wasn't as sore as I felt yesterday.

I'll admit it, I put milk in the bowl first then add cereal. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
