Notes
I decided to run long today because even if I can muster the energy to run tomorrow there's no way it'll be long. My route also took me past the local shopping mall so I could watch all of the poor souls still trying to shop for Christmas. Now I don't know if it was the hills or my pace or my lack of real distance for a very long time but this run left me exhausted. My last mile was less of a run and more of a slow crawl toward home. But that means I must be getting better right?

Pros: Long, well-needed distance, I didn't have shopping to do
