Felt easy. Good to be back home. Adam, after a week of feeling sore knees, took one breath of deep Maryland oxygen and felt revived. He told me he hasn't felt this good since his marathon May 31st of 2015. Of course , he hasn't been here long enough to let the true healing powers settle in. At 24 hrs he will start to crave crab above all other foods for sustenance. By 36 hrs his vision will subside to only shades of red, yellow and white. After 48 hours he will have forgotten his past life in Illinois and be a true Marylander.
