Notes
So Quinn came back today, and obviously we had to run together. We'll call it the Q and A run because we both shared our experiences this Summer. It was really good hearing from him. However, I cant give this long run a 10/10 (would bang) because while I normally run late, we ran at 5, and boy was it hot. Incredibly hot, and our run took us through a stretch with literally zero shade for days. Along with my discomfort, the heat had a negative effect on my ability to run, which meant I was lagging along quite a bit.
Quality 9/10
Pros:The company, the long distance
Cons: Heat, my seemingly weak legs
Effort 9/10
