warmup - 2:35 mi 15:51/6:43 pace because I ran with the wrong group to start with so I had to run lumberyard to catch up to people on train bridge
5mi for workout
hit my paces every time but the first one I was a second fast and the last lap I was a second fast as well
cooldown - 1.89mi 15 min
overall - really solid workout but I had a weird chest tightness/tingly feeling
