Hooray!
First post op run and it felt terrific!
Not too shabby for having major surgery not even 3 weeks ago.
Could have gone longer but wanted to do this again tomorrow so I behaved.
I am giddy! I thought my miles were done for 2010 but I can still bust out a few more...especially leaving the frozen tundra for FL next week. Looking forward to a few "warm" weather runs.
