I really need to get back to the weights on a more regular basis. I've really slacked these past couple of months. Me thinks I'm in for some ouchie feelings later today/tomorrow.

Core work with stability ball and floor mat exercises

Upper body strength with weights(2 sets)

Lower body strength with weights (1 set)

Foam roller for IT Band
