Dusted off the Garmin and took my first outdoor run post femur stress fracture.
Felt fantastic during the run...Gorgeous weather!
Post run had some pain in groin/femur area. Went faster than I really wanted to post injury so that could be the cause.
We'll see. I am so SICK of injury!
