Rome is hotter than Madrid!
Accomplished my goal of getting one day of running in each city on our vacation.
More dodging people, cars, uneven cobblestone sidewalks/streets.
Legs felt pretty good even after a day of walking around the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain plus neighborhood sightseeing.
And I'm ready to slap the bitch barista in the hotel restaurant who looks at me funny when I order 2 cappuccinos at a time. Make the cups bigger and I won't have to! I need coffee!
Catacombs and The Vatican Under The Stars today and home on Sunday...can't WAIT!
