A solid race effort. I jogged a little bit before the race to warm up my knee. I believe this worked very well since I had absolutely no knee pain during the race. It was nice to have good conditions for a race. The hilly parts of the race got to me. And at the end, I was getting tired. I think I need a couple more 18 milers to improve my endurance before the Eugene Half Marathon next month. I also forgot to wear my ipod shuttle, which may have affected me negatively. I also ran in no-mans-land (nobody near me for much of the race).
