An Ras Mor 5k, Cambridge, MA. Crappy day to be out but had to be done. Hip behaved pretty well but lack of ability to train is showing. Overall, not an embarrassment to myself.
Senior team took a beating. 3rd place. Worst placing in my 5 years with WRT. Too many injuries, Craig in China. Paul DNF'd with an injury.
