felt pretty good throughout. Hip a little sore before race but no problem during.

Feet hurting after though but could be worse.

First place WRT Seniors team. Second scorer behind Hammond, ahead of Reno, Doug, Ephraim and Platt.

Ran with no watch- which I enjoyed again- but have no splits.

Well done PD!! Next time wear the GPS, you don't have to actually look at during the race.

I've tried not looking at it before. Just doesn't work for me. I get too anxious to see how I'm doing.
