awesome warm day, ran in shorts and single shirt. 5k race was messed up at end. No one to direct field to finish. Garmin showed 3.35 run by time error was figured and a bunch of us turned around and came to finish line from opposite direction.
Overall better result than I expected. Splits were between 6:09 and 6:15. Well controlled, breathing never labored. Even if finish hadn't been messed up, I had decided ahead of time not to kick the finish just in case it was too much force for the foot. All in all a very good day.
