Newton 10k. NEGP. New 10k PR.34:28 gun time. Very restricted start and first 600m.
rolling course with the longest hill being 'down'. Warm day with bright sun and an open course made for a race that turned hot. Last mile was difficult. Good finishing kick today last .2 miles to pass Brett Ely and not get 'girled'. 5th in age group behind Larson, Reeder, Cipriano, Hammond. Scored down as 5th finisher on WRT open team. Win for WRT Masters and Seniors.
