Mt. Washington road race. US National Mt. Championship. Weekend after 10k PR last weekend. Took Wednesday and Friday as full rest days. Felt ok for race today.
Really disappointed in how much I allowed myself to walk. I expected to have to walk at times but fell into it too much. Should have had a faster time.
First place Seniors team, Paul H., Reno, myself, Doug M. Chris S. 2nd place Masters team.
Tried some racers with the orthodics, worked well, no feet pain.
