NH 10 miler in Concord. Last race of NHGP with virtual tie between GDTC and GCS.

Ran with Brian Lavoie of GSRT from the start until I outkicked him. Very exciting to be pushed for the whole 10 miles not knowing anything about Brian. PR for 10 miles. Good attendance by GDTC, have to wait for team results. PR for Jimmie also. Foot held out well until 8 miles, last mile was really sketchy.

very nice effort out there. would've loved to have seen the progress of the race up there. Brian is a very solid 5k runner. him and I had a similar battle at bill kelley in July, except he went out bombing (like 4:55 through the mile) and I rolled him up at 2ish miles, stuck with him, then added 5+ seconds on him going up a short, steep hill with 300m to go. guy probably doesn't know me by my real name since i registered as an alias.
