crappy day for an excellent race. Whirlaway 50+ team with Goose, Reno, Doug. Three to score, At 2 miles, Reno dropped with locked hamstring.

I felt strong and excellent. At 2 mile split realized sub 17:00 might be possible but didn't quite do it despite feeling strong and having a good kick for last .3 miles.
Lost Seniors team 1st place by total of 3 seconds on gun-time to Atlanta, 16:53avg vs. 16:52 avg.
17:05 gun time, 17:03 chip time. 17:03 matches my 5k PR.
