Why do I run: I run to challenge myself, to help stay healthy and active so I can keep up with my kids, to do something with my husband, and to get peace of mind and a quiet brake from the world. |
Why I started running: My husband is a runner and I am an anti-athlete. I started running so that my husband and I could have a common interest, something we could do together...and I didn't think it would hurt if that new hobby could help me lose the weight I gained with my two kids either! |
