Weight is from this afternoon. Ran at night due to Makenzie ant-bite scare.
First 3 miles went great (though too fast), but then at the end of Mile 4 had to shit again...I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. For 3 years, no problems with having to shit while running...Now, EVERY DAMN RUN at the exact same time.
Run was okay other than that. Last 2 miles was very slow (slower than 10:00/mile) due to need to shit. Made it home, and of course the "urge" went away.
