Going to call this a hill workout again b/c it was in Hot Springs....My legs were trashed today, but I did 6 miles. I walked a little bit before Mile 3, and then had to stop to tie my shoe around Mile 5 or so. Certainly not an easy run, but hopefully getting me prepared for the marathon.
I'll do an easy 6 on the treadmill on Friday and then back to the normal routine on Sunday.
