I swear it feels cooler out there than 63 degrees.
Run went okay this morning. Bunion hurt a bit during first 1/3 of a mile, but other than that, everything was fine. Tried to run slower but kept noticing that I was speeding up. Need to make a more concerted effort to run slower.
