Back in Arizona. Ran late at night to allow Lori to sleep in and go to bed early due to illness. Horrible crick in neck, but run otherwise okay. Breathing very labored at beginning of run...Not sure why. Right knee felt a little tight/sore towards end of run.
Weight was from morning weigh-in....Crazy what diet on vacation did.
