Weight out of control....Diet begins tomorrow. Need to lose between 8 and 10 pounds before the race in January. Not sure it's going to happen.
As for the run...Went pretty well. Pushed the pace quite a bit since only running 6 miles. Trying to get faster to see what goal pace feels like. Will be very difficult (i.e., impossible) to achieve stated goal of 1:55:00...However, under 2:00:00 is still possible.
Going to need new shoes soon...
