Notes
The sun is brutal, even when the temps aren't too bad. Ran around neighborhood mostly, but did run a little bit through the wash.
Good run...Lower back hurt a bit in first 1/2 mile, but it loosened up. No real pain anywhere. Walked a bit at mile 5.
