Notes

Since I'm not on the treadmill anymore, but have a gym membership, need to get in there at least 12 times a month to receive the health insurance discount. Thus, figured it'd be a good idea to do sauna and stair workouts to meet that requirement (and better prepare myself for hills come June).

Haven't sat in a sauna since I lived in Chi (when I had one in the building). Im pretty sure the temp of the sauna there was usually 180-200. This sauna was at 210 the entire time. I stayed in 20 minutes, walked out for a bout a minute to put my shuffle out of the sauna as it was hot to the touch, and then went back in for another 10 minutes. Sat down in the locker room and felt horrible - i probably could have thrown up. Probably too long for the first time back in one at that temp.
