Notes
Interesting run to say the least. First mile was one of the worst feelings on a run...ever. Knee is killing me. Then, had to cut through some private property because a road I thought that made a circle, didn't. Topping it all off, twisted my ankle with one mile to go. This run reminded me why I do not do morning runs--only did so because had to fly to NYC this afternoon. Not sure how much running I'll get in from now until Sunday...being in the same apartment as Deliliah D. will probably be enough motivation to get myself out there though...
