Legs feeling very sluggish this morning. First 10 miles were difficult, but started to loosen up and feel stronger the last 6. Basically used this as a warm up for my run. Seems to be the only way to feel good on a run in the morning is to bike beforehand. Sharp shooting pain in the knee the last mile, really weird. Plus, also had my first spill on my bike--but luckily I fell to the left, protecting falling on my bad knee.
