Very windy, so headed out to the Trails which block the wind about 1/2 the time where wooded. Felt guilty for not biking at all the past week so wanted to get a longer ride in. Felt good, esp when I had the wind at my bike on the way back. Knee started feeling soreish around 13 which was odd because it's never hurt while biking before.
