Treadmill

Treadmill, easy. Not gonna lie, the knee feels more sore when I run twice in one day, but knowing that I've been running on this injury for so long, I don't feel the need to cut my mileage from 20-25 to 10mi/wk. So, I've decide to just keep the mileage under 25-30, do physical therapy and hope for the best...or at least, not the worst. It helps in my mind to just tell myself that its the tendonitis which is causing the pain and not the torn tendon; I can deal with knowingly running with tendonitis.
