Notes
Humid, so took it nice n easy. Great trail to run on this summer. Didn't really feel like a long run...which is a good sign hopefully that 12mi isn't too big of a deal anymore, and I can increase mileage the next few weeks (something I was unsure of the past week). Two easy days left over the weekend and then back to the grind.
