Notes

10 min walk before/after.

12min run, 2 min walk, 8 min run.

Felt pretty good overall. My Mom said I should work on walking normal first, before I start running more; apparently I still limp.

New shoes. Trying a different type of Saucony-have run in the same shoe since high school.
