65 but felt hotter. No shade. House sitting for next 10 days--will have to explore new runs.
Knee not getting any better. Painful walking up stairs; sitting with it bent for more than a few minutes; and swells up after each run. Thinking something might have to be done...a few months ago, doc mentioned surgery to remove scar tissue.
