Guess I didn't realize that mile 5 included that long of an incline. Living in MN will definitely be a good workout for the legs with all the hills (relative to IL) providing me with some change in range of motion. Legs a lil dead the first half, but actually only got better throughout the run. Knee a lil sore from the hills...seem to not like speed and hills - starting to do a lil bit of lifting to try to get my right leg as strong as left - hope that helps.
